An RBL credit card sales job involves prospecting for new clients, explaining credit card features, and closing sales to meet targets. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing customer applications, and building relationships with DSA channels or key partners. Key responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and target potential customers for credit card sales.
- Lead Generation: Find new customers through various channels and follow up on referrals.
- Customer Engagement: Explain product features and benefits, and persuade customers to purchase credit cards.
- Application and Documentation: Guide customers through the application process and ensure all necessary documents are submitted correctly.
- Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and build a positive company image.
- Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Required skills and qualifications
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. Other skills include product knowledge, sales techniques, lead generation, and convincing abilities.
- Education: Typically, a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field often preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in sales is often preferred, especially in financial products or services. Some roles may be open to freshers with relevant skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
