Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. Duties
- Conduct outbound calls, including warm calling and telemarketing efforts, to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects.
- Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales by establishing strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure successful sales agreements that meet client needs and company goals.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Deliver compelling presentations of technology solutions and services tailored to client requirements, demonstrating technical knowledge and value propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives.
- Maintain high levels of customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or technology sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer information and sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling strategies that generate qualified leads.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, marketing techniques, and customer service best practices is highly desirable.
