Sales Executive – USA Auto Parts (Voice)

Location: Dehradun

Work Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift (To align with US Eastern/Pacific Time)

Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates

Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive to join our US-based Auto Parts sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound inquiries from customers in the United States, helping them identify the correct vehicle parts, and closing sales. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in international sales, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Consultation: Interact with US-based customers to understand their vehicle part requirements (engines, transmissions, body parts, etc.).
  • Lead Conversion: Convert inquiries into successful sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Part Identification: Use Year/Make/Model and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) to accurately identify and suggest compatible parts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with mechanics, body shops, and individual car owners.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer feedback in the CRM.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Previous experience in a US Sales Process (International BPO) is highly preferred. Experience specifically in the Auto Parts/Spare Parts industry is a major plus. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with a neutral or US-friendly accent. Ability to handle technical queries with clarity.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems (engines, electricals, aftermarket vs. OEM parts).
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
