Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Qualification: Graduation (Any Discipline)
Languages:
- Chennai & Coimbatore: Tamil & English (Mandatory)
- Kochi: Malayalam & English (Mandatory)
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Sales Executives to support our real estate sales operations across Chennai, Coimbatore, and Kochi. The role involves field sales, client acquisition, site visits, and closing property deals while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through field activities, referrals, and channel partners
- Conduct property site visits and explain project features to prospective clients
- Handle client follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of sales deals
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and MIS updates
- Assist customers with documentation, agreements, and booking formalities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
- Track sales targets and ensure timely achievement of assigned goals
- Gather market intelligence and provide regular feedback to management
- Ensure smooth execution of sales activities from lead generation to handover
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation in any discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales or corporate sales
- Strong communication skills in the required regional language and English
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven, field-based role
Mandatory Requirements
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license
- Personal laptop for official work
