Sales Executive – Coworking Industry

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth by promoting coworking spaces . This role requires strong networking skills, an understanding of flexible workspace solutions, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Conduct tours of coworking spaces and present membership options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community members.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that attract new members.
  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client retention.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Performance Indicators

  • Occupancy rate of coworking spaces.
  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Client satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Contribution to community engagement and brand visibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
