Sales Executive – Coworking Industry
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth by promoting coworking spaces . This role requires strong networking skills, an understanding of flexible workspace solutions, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct tours of coworking spaces and present membership options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community members.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that attract new members.
- Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client retention.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Performance Indicators
- Occupancy rate of coworking spaces.
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
- Client satisfaction and retention levels.
- Contribution to community engagement and brand visibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
