We’re Hiring: Sales Executive – Percap
About Percap
Percap is a financial education community helping individuals learn trading, investing, and personal finance to build extra income and long-term financial security.
Role: Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Connect with leads and explain Percap’s courses and programs clearly
- Convert interested prospects into enrolled learners
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and messages
- Maintain basic records of conversations and conversions
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred)
- Confidence in speaking to new people
- Basic understanding or interest in sales/finance (training will be provided)
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Min 1 year of sales experience in service sector
