Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating vehicle sales, achieving monthly targets, handling customer enquiries, conducting test rides, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and handle telephonic / online enquiries.
- Explain vehicle features, variants, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test rides and follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain enquiry register and CRM follow-ups regularly.
- Convert leads into retail sales.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO departments.
- Achieve monthly sales targets (Retail + Exchange + Accessories).
- Maintain showroom display standards.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals.
- Participate in promotional activities, outdoor events, and campaigns.
- Ensure proper documentation and billing process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
