Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, addressing customer concerns and queries, providing after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and managing the sales process. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Qualifications
- Customer service, sales, and relationship management skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Telugu or Hindi
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field •Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Knowledge of local regulations and processes related to property sales is beneficial Apply if you have.... . Graduation / MBA degree .
