  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, conferences, weddings, and private events.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and individual customers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitch proposals for event services.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the creative and operations team to design customized event solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetups to generate leads.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience (event management industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,060.66 - ₹35,926.47 per month
