Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain continuous relationships with existing clients.
  • Engage with existing clients to strengthen long-term relationships and ensure continuous business growth
  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • 2+ year of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in B2B environment
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, market trends, competitor activities, and innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in CRM tools and sales reporting for effective client and pipeline management
