Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain continuous relationships with existing clients.
- Engage with existing clients to strengthen long-term relationships and ensure continuous business growth
- Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers
- Present, promote, and sell products/services effectively to meet client needs
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
- 2+ year of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in B2B environment
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, market trends, competitor activities, and innovative solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in CRM tools and sales reporting for effective client and pipeline management
