Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets, upselling, and cross-selling products.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, understand their needs, and offer personalized styling advice to ensure satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of jewelry, including materials, gemstones, and current trends.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Ensure displays are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
  • Operational Tasks: Process transactions accurately via the POS system, handle inventory, and manage stock.
  • Client Management: Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury sector.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Appearance: High level of integrity, professional presentation, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in jewelry showroom sales.
  • Knowledge of specific sectors (e.g., gold, silver, or diamond showrooms).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
