The Role

As a Sales Executive, you’ll help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry to handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Building strong relationships with new and existing customers

* Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle

* Selling new and used vehicles across our Peugeot, Renault & Dacia ranges

* Managing and maximising trade-in opportunities

* Prospecting and following up on leads effectively

* Guiding customers through finance and product options

* Maintaining strong product knowledge and awareness of market trends

* Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

* Delivering a professional and memorable customer journey

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

* Highly motivated, ambitious and target-driven

* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

* A confident communicator with strong people skills

* Organised and capable of working in a fast-paced environment

* A self-starter with a positive attitude

* Experienced in motor sales or a customer-focused sales role (preferred)

* In possession of a full clean Irish driver’s licence

Experience within a main dealer environment is an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.

Working Hours

* Full-time position

* 40-hour working week

* Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

* Saturday work on a rotational basis
