Sales Executive – Divine Hindu

- Location: Sector 27, Gurugram

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

- Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

This is a high volume inside sales calling role in a D2C model. Leads will be provided. The profile requires strong follow ups, structured conversations, and consistent closing ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and website leads
  • Make a minimum of 150–250 calls per day
  • Maintain daily talk time between 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours
  • Conduct 10–15 minute sales conversations with a strong closure focus
  • Upsell and cross-sell wherever possible
  • Maintain CRM properly and update basic Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order processing

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in inside sales or telesales
  • D2C or e-commerce background preferred
  • Comfortable with 150–250 calls daily
  • CRM experience mandatory
  • Basic Google Sheets understanding
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target driven and disciplined mindset
  • Immediate joiners preferred
