Sales Executive – Job Description
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads and customers.
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations and follow up for orders.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up for payments and pending orders.
- Coordinate with dispatch, accounts and production teams.
- Update customer records and daily sales follow-ups.
- Handle IndiaMART and other online enquiries.
Requirements
- Graduate in any field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email and MS Office.
- Experience in B2B or industrial sales will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
