Sales Executive – CCTV & Security SystemsJob Location:[Insert Your City, State – e.g., Mumbai, Maharashtra]Job Type:Full-time, PermanentSalary:₹10,000 - ₹20,000 a month + Attractive Incentives (Negotiable based on experience)Job Summary:We are a leading provider of Electronic Security & Surveillance Solutions, looking for a dynamic, results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team.In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of CCTV cameras, Biometric/Access Control systems, and integrated security solutions. If you have a passion for field sales, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building client relationships, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, direct field visits, and references across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Client Consultation: Meet prospective clients (shop owners, builders, corporate offices, factories) to understand their security needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our CCTV and security products.
• Deal Closure: Coordinate site surveys, prepare accurate price quotes/proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or corporate sales. Experience in CCTV, IT hardware, telecom, or electronics sales is highly preferred. (Ambitious freshers are also welcome to apply).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR setups, Biometrics, and basic networking is a strong plus.
• Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi (or your local language).
• Mandatory Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid Driving License for daily field visits.
• Must possess a smartphone and have basic skills in handling Excel and WhatsApp for daily reporting.
