Role overview

In support of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to help drive Enpass’s enterprise sales in Europe. The role will focus on identifying and building relationships with enterprise prospects, navigating complex sales cycles, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B technology, SaaS and/or cybersecurity sales and thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage existing customers, driving customer satisfaction and increased sales and product adoption.
  • Identify and engage in new sales opportunities, both self-generated and from marketing generated inbound opportunities.
  • Build relationships and drive new business growth through client acquisition in Europe, targeting medium & large enterprises businesses.
  • Demonstrate the Enpass solution, articulating our unique value proposition, effectively addressing customer challenges.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes, managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams, sharing market feedback, aligning strategies, improve customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
  • Utilize CRM to prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines and reports.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years in technology B2B sales roles, with a strong preference for candidates with a cybersecurity background.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven ability to sell technical solutions, navigate complex sales cycles and close large deals.
  • Customer Relationships: Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CISOs and senior executives.
  • Tech Skills: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity solutions, and proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and business leaders. Business level fluency in English and at least one other European language (ideally German or French).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or Higher Education Certification in business, technology, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
