Job Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of sales experience (home improvement experience highly preferred).

* Must own a vehicle or possess a valid driving license.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client trust and rapport.

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth client journey.

* Conduct site visits to perform accurate measurements and assess project requirements.

* Provide in-depth product and service knowledge to offer expert advice to clients.

* Follow up on client leads to ensure timely communication and service.

* Coordinate with suppliers to meet client requirements, such as collecting samples and verifying color or item details.

* Prepare accurate and competitive quotations tailored to clients’ needs.

* Plan project timelines, manage manpower allocation, and oversee on-site activities.

* Deliver exceptional after-sales care to ensure client satisfaction and build loyalty.

Working hours:

* Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM.

* Saturday: 9 AM - 1 PM.
