Job Description
Hawk Constructions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role involves managing sales of both residential and commercial properties, engaging directly with clients to understand their requirements, and closing profitable deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Interact with potential buyers to understand their needs and provide appropriate property solutions.
- Deal Negotiation: Close sales agreements while achieving volume and profitability targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agents, and channel partners.
- Project Presentation: Confidently present project offerings during site visits and meetings.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain updated records and follow-ups using CRM software.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fresher +1 years of sales experience (real estate or construction industry preferred)
- Proficiency in Telugu and English (Hindi is a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
