Sales Executive - Acute Care Informatics (m/f/d)

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in DACH by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Your role:

  • You will build strong customer relationships by seeking a deep understanding of their needs and effectively demonstrating the value proposition of the Acute Care Informatics Portfolio to address those needs.
  • You will be part of Acute Care Informatics solutions Team.
  • You will execute the Acute Care Informatics strategy.
  • You will prospect new customer acquisition opportunities.
  • You will create strategies to develop business opportunities.
  • You will execute account strategies using market and competitor research.
  • You will build partnerships with diverse customer contacts, from clinical stakeholders to C-suite executives.
  • You will understand market trends and customer needs to align opportunities with the acute care portfolio.
  • You will lead contract negotiations for mutually beneficial terms.
  • You will drive and oversee effective funnel management.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
  • You have 3+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 1+ year of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Enterprise Informatics or equivalent.
  • You are familiar with high-acuity clinical care settings, such as ICU and/or OR, and hospital ecosystems.
  • You have experience in business development or in defining and executing sales strategies.
  • You possess a result-driven mindset, ideally with experience managing the sales funnel.
  • You are customer-oriented and skilled at building relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are business fluent in German and proficient in written and spoken English.
  • You have a robust sales mentality and adapt to dynamic customer environments.
  • You have a structured, organized, and independent work style and can also work well as part of a team.
  • You are familiar with CRM software, such as Salesforce (preferred).
  • You have experience selling healthcare IT products (preferred).
  • You are willing to travel up to 60% of your time.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
