Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager - Rajasthan (Jodhpur, Sikar, Jaipur)

ROCIO is a leading manufacturer of premium brass bath fittings and accessories. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, we have built a trusted presence across India and are continuously expanding our dealer and distribution network.

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our presence across Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and expand ROCIO's dealer and distributor network across Rajasthan.

2. Generate new business opportunities through architects, builders, retailers, wholesalers, and plumbing partners.

3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors.

4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.

6. Promote new product launches and company schemes.

7. Provide market feedback.

8. Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

9. Represent ROCIO professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and dealer interactions.

Requirements

1. Freshers or proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in sanitaryware, bathroom fittings, faucets, tiles, building materials, hardware, plumbing products, or related industries. FMCG candidates also welcome.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, builders, and other channel partners.

3. Ability to confidently present products, conduct product demonstrations, and explain technical features in a clear, customer-focused manner.

4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and conduct regular market visits.

6. Good understanding of the local market, dealer/distributor network, and competitor landscape. An existing network within the building materials industry will be an added advantage.

7. Valid driving license and own vehicle (car or bike) is preferred.

8. Graduate degree preferred (not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience).
