Sales Executive – Chromatography

Location: Labquip HQ, Dublin

Labquip is seeking a proactive and digitally minded in-house Sales Executive to support our Chromatography (consumables) and XRD & elemental analysis (instruments and consumables) offerings. Based at our Dublin HQ, this role is ideal for someone passionate about scientific solutions and eager to lead the digitisation of the RFQ process, making it easier for labs to access, request, and engage with our product range.

What You Will Do

- Be the first point of contact for Chromatography, XRD, elemental analysis instrument enquiries, qualifying leads and supporting a Chromatography Field Sales Representative, Elemental Analysis Technical Specialist, and handheld XRF for scientific applications.
- Play a proactive selling role to grow what Labquip sells to customers and help gain more customers.
- Use historical sales data to proactively sell.
- Drive the digital transformation of the Chromatography RFQ process, simplifying how customers request quotes, access product information, and interact with a new e-commerce platform for commodity consumables.
- Conduct routine e-commerce competitor analysis to inform strategy and improve our digital offering.
- Use CRM/ERP data to identify sales opportunities, upsell consumables, and reactivate dormant accounts.
- Help nurture the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, stock visibility, and product promotion.
- Support marketing efforts to increase product visibility through digital content and outreach.
- Build strong customer relationships with a focus on responsiveness and customer service excellence.
- Work with the team on our new e-commerce service for commodity chromatography consumable products.

Who You Are

- Interested in scientific consumables and instrumentation (Chromatography, XRD, XRF, and Gas Analysis – CS/ONH).
- Digitally savvy and excited about improving customer-facing processes.
- A motivated self-starter who enjoys learning and taking initiative.
- Comfortable using CRM/ERP systems and data to support sales.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Passionate about customer service and continuous improvement.
