Sales Executive – Commercial Refrigeration & Catering Equipment

We are a trusted supplier and installer of commercial refrigeration, bar, and catering equipment across Dublin and the greater Dublin area. We work with leading pubs, restaurants, and hotels to deliver high-quality solutions that improve efficiency, workflow, and customer experience.
We are looking for a Sales Executive with strong hospitality knowledge and a keen eye for detail to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with commercial kitchens, bars, or restaurants, as well as an understanding of equipment brands, specifications, and layouts.
Responsibilities & Duties
Client Engagement & Site Visits
- Visit customer sites to assess needs, take accurate measurements, and propose suitable equipment solutions.
- Advise on equipment placement to ensure optimal workflow in kitchens, bars, and service areas.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the hospitality sector.
Sales & Project Management
- Recommend equipment based on brand, size, and suitability for the client’s needs.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
- Place orders with suppliers and track progress from order to delivery.
- Manage the logistics of equipment deliveries, including coordination with site teams.
- Oversee installation projects to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Industry & Product Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of leading refrigeration, catering, and bar equipment brands.
- Understand compliance and safety considerations in hospitality environments.
- Stay informed on industry trends to recommend the most innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Skills & Experience
- Previous sales experience in the hospitality equipment, catering supplies, or related sector preferred.
- Strong understanding of how restaurants, bars, and kitchens operate.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to take precise measurements and assess site requirements.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects at once.
- Full, clean driving licence required (site visits will be a key part of the role).
