About the Role

We’re looking for a Stag/Hen Events Sales Specialist who’s hungry to build a career in events, partnerships, and sales. You’ll work directly with event organisers, promoters, venues, and partners to help them maximise ticket sales while growing Freedom's presence across UK's live events scene.

This is a relationship-driven, consultative sales role where creativity, communication, and follow-through matter just as much as targets.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is eager to grow a career in events, ticketing, or sales, and open to mentorship
  • Has strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys problem-solving and working through challenges with clients
  • Brings ideas to the table and thrives in a collaborative, consultative environment
  • Has excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Is competitive, target-driven, and motivated to exceed expectations
  • Values commitment and follows through with clients and team responsibilities.
  • Has a positive, energetic, and proactive personality that fits a fast-moving team
  • Has a genuine interest in events, social gatherings, entertainment, and culture

Job Purpose & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organisers, promoters, and venues
  • Act as a trusted partner, advising clients on ticketing strategy, pricing, and promotion
  • Maintain clear, transparent communication aligned with DG Venture’s core values
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and activity goals
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, support, and tech teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new event formats, partnerships, and opportunities
  • Contribute ideas to help shape the growth of Freedom's platform and services
  • Ensure clients receive a high-quality experience from onboarding through post-event
