looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and expand our customer base in the industrial automation and motion control industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through field visits and lead generation.
  • Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and industrial clients.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular market feedback.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline.
  • 1–4 years of B2B industrial sales experience (automation, motors, drives, electrical, or engineering products preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
