Title: Sales Executive Intern
Experience Required: 2–3 months of experience in sales, HR,, or customer handling (mandatory)
Location: Work From Home / Remote
Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Duration: 30 Days
Language: Fluent in English and Hindi both is a must
Working Days: 5 or 6 days/week (based on performance)
Stipend: ₹3,000 - ₹5,000 + Incentives till Full Time Conversion
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential leads and pitch products/services effectively
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Achieve weekly sales targets
- Build strong rapport with clients over calls or chats
- Share daily reports with the team lead or manager
Full-Time Conversion:
Internship will convert to a full-time role after:
- 30 days of consistent performance or
- 25 successful conversions/sales
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
