Who we are looking for

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT and telephony markets.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, networking, and client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from the company’s portfolio of IT and telephony products and services.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals in line with company policies and margin expectations.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments.

About you

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a pure sales role within the IT or Telephony industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT and telephony solutions (e.g., VoIP, UCaaS, cloud telephony, networking, or managed services).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
