Who we are looking for
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT and telephony markets.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, networking, and client meetings.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions from the company’s portfolio of IT and telephony products and services.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals in line with company policies and margin expectations.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product developments.
About you
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a pure sales role within the IT or Telephony industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT and telephony solutions (e.g., VoIP, UCaaS, cloud telephony, networking, or managed services).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
