Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Present and promote residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
Assist clients in property selection and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Participate in sales events and exhibitions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Business or Marketing preferably.
2+ years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Skills:

Knowledge of the Coimbatore real estate market.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Customer-focused with a strong sales drive.
