Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for manpower supply and recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR decision-makers and procurement heads.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal HR/recruitment teams for timely service delivery.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in selling recruitment or manpower outsourcing services.
  • Strong networking and lead-generation skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of corporate and industrial sectors (construction, manufacturing, IT).
