Start as a Sales Executive, building relationships and converting warm leads into confirmed sports travel bookings. Develop into a senior sales role as we expand our portfolio across new events and destinations. Leadership opportunities are opening as the team continues to grow.

We are looking for someone who:

• Wants to build a real career in sales and is open to mentorship and development
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills and connects with people naturally

• Has a strong mindset for working through challenges and finding solutions

• Has a genuine passion for sports and travel, particularly golf, a strong advantage
• Is fully fluent in English, both written and spoken, this is an essential requirement for the role
• Can reliably commute to our Mullingar office Monday to Friday, own transport or public transport both fine

What you will be doing:

• Converting warm leads into confirmed sports travel bookings across our premium portfolio
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with sports fans, corporate clients, and travel partners
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation
• Staying ahead of sports and travel industry trends to identify fresh opportunities
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure every client receives a seamless, high quality experience
