Job Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to potential customers.

* Explain health insurance policies and benefits.

* Handle customer queries, objections, and close sales.

* Ensure payment collection and smooth policy issuance.

Candidate Requirements:

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Candidates with minimum 6 months of documented experience in field sales/client-facing roles are eligible.

* Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

* Confident and presentable.

*Salary*:

* Freshers: Up to ₹3.30 LPA

* 6 months+ Experience: Up to ₹3.60 LPA

* Performance-based incentives available.

Pay: ₹27,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
