We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our team.

This role focuses on generating new business while maintaining and developing relationships with our existing customers. We manufacture unique digital screens and signage products for B2B clients, including national road authorities, sports clubs, and large factories.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and working towards achievable targets in a growing company.

The Role

New Business

  • Identify and follow up on new sales leads
  • Make outbound calls and emails to potential customers
  • Attend client meetings and occasional site visits
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Work towards agreed monthly sales targets

Account Management

  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers
  • Build strong working relationships
  • Identify repeat business and upselling opportunities
  • Support clients throughout the sales and delivery process

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth project coordination
  • Report sales activity and progress to the Company Director

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales (experience in signage or manufacturing is an advantage)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Organised and able to manage time effectively
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexible and adaptable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €40,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 2 years (required)

Language:

  • fluent English (preferred)

  • B Driving Licence (preferred)
