SmartRental Group , is a young company with great dynamism, dedicated to the operation and management of properties for the tourism and catering sector.

With more than 10 years of experience, our activity focuses on hotels, apartments, hostels, student residences and luxury residences for the elderly.

Our portfolio has brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets in the Living and Hospitality sector.


What will you do?


  • Assist in the identification and prospecting of new potential clients.
  • Assist in the elaboration of commercial proposals and in the negotiation of contracts with corporate clients and travel agencies.
  • Collaborate in the management of key accounts and in maintaining relationships with existing customers to promote loyalty.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of marketing and sales strategies to increase the visibility and attractiveness of the hotel.
  • Support the coordination of promotional events and participation in trade fairs to generate leads and business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of sales reports and performance analysis to evaluate the success of the strategies implemented.
  • Assist in the training and training of sales and reception staff in sales techniques and customer service.
  • Learn and apply knowledge about hotel products and services, as well as tourist market trends, to improve sales and promotion skills.

What are we looking for?

  • Advanced English level
  • Previous experience is not required
  • Student: Degree or studies in relation to duties
  • Be able to sign an internship agreement with the university
  • Desire to learn!
