Happy's rents and sells furniture, appliances, electronics, and mattresses through 14 retail locations.

The Sales Manager is the first point of contact with a prospective customer. Sales Managers are responsible for creating new Rental Agreements that match a customer's ability to pay.

Daily Activity

• Greet and educate customers on Rent to Own Programs
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of multiple product categories
• Assist customers making on time payments
• Order, receive, stock, and price rental units
• Process rental unit returns
• Assist in refurbishment of rental units
• Daily telemarketing to current and former customers
• Manage the location's Facebook page

• WPM 40+
• 1 year retail or customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
