Duties
- Establish connections with potential clients, foster relationships, and attentively address their automotive requirements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by showcasing comprehensive product expertise, responding to queries, and offering test drives with honesty and integrity.
- Assist customers throughout the sales journey, including vehicle choice, trade-in assessments, and financing alternatives. Familiarity with current inventory and the capacity to procure from other dealerships is required.
- Work in tandem with the sales group and management to meet personal and dealership objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry developments, promotions, and product information to provide clients with accurate details.
- Keep precise client records and ensure prompt follow-up to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Demonstrated sales experience in the automotive sector (or a similar customer-facing sales role).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a dedication to customer service.
- Robust negotiation and closing skills with a goal-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is beneficial.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, along with an OMVIC license (or the ability to obtain one), are required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $38,486.28-$129,169.46 per year
