We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth in the courier, cargo, and logistics sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for domestic and international courier, cargo, and logistics services.
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, e-commerce companies, manufacturers, traders, and distributors.
- Prepare and present customized logistics solutions and commercial proposals to customers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations, customer service, and accounts teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Conduct regular customer visits and review meetings to strengthen business relationships.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans for management review.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 per month
