Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with 6+ years of strong experience in Real Estate Sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading sales teams, generating business, and successfully converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
• Generate and convert leads through various channels, including digital leads, referrals, networking, and direct enquiries.
• Monitor the complete sales cycle from lead generation to site visits, negotiations, bookings, and closures.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers and ensure high conversion rates.
• Handle negotiations with clients and effectively close property sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Track individual and team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
• Set sales targets and KPIs for team members and ensure consistent achievement.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and review daily/weekly/monthly performance.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, and Registration teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
