Sales Manager
Vision executives are experts in international recruitment for the eyecare industry and we have partnered exclusively with a global leader in diagnostic imaging to find them a Sales Manager to operate in Gothenburg. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of diagnostic imaging solutions, alongside engaging with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and key decision-makers in clinical, hospital, and private settings. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and a customer-centric mindset to develop and sustain strong relationships while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your territory to maximize market share.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting and relationship building.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product portfolio and competitor offerings.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to build professional networks and promote the brand.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system, including sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven sales experience, in medical device, diagnostic imaging, or ophthalmology/optometry industries.
- Experience in consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in diagnostic imaging technology is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to the office 2-3 times per month.
What’s on Offer:
- €100K-€140K total package.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 1 150 000,00kr - 1 160 000,00kr per year
