The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager at Seven to take responsibility and accountability for the performance and management of the Toowoomba sales office.

Reporting directly to the State Sales Manager, in this role, you’ll manage a team, drive revenue, and maintain and grow the client base for Toowoomba.

  • Take ownership of daily operations and guiding a passionate sales team to success while delivering revenue and share targets.
  • Develop and execute insight-led business plans, managing campaigns, and push best-in-market performance with a strong focus on NPS growth.
  • Strengthen relationships with our clients, agencies, and partners. Create tailored engagement plans, drive exceptional service.
  • Provide insightful weekly reports and market updates to leadership teams.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with your team and stakeholders and foster a high-performance, inclusive environment.

What you'll bring:

You are driven, proactive, and collaborative with a deep passion for all things media, TV, and digital. You possess strong interpersonal skills and value delivering outcomes that focus on achieving targets and client satisfaction. You’ll also have:

  • Prior experience in sales (ideally media)
  • Exceptional commercial acumen with a strong history of building client partnerships
  • Proven leadership skills with an ability to build and develop a cohesive sales team.
  • Strong network in the Toowoomba area will be highly regarded
