As a Sales Manager in the aerospace and aviation sector, you will identify new sales potential, build strong customer relationships and actively shape the future of innovative technologies. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing new sales potential while building and maintaining customer relationships in the aerospace and aviation sector
- Organization and implementation of the entire sales process including pre-sales management and strategic sales planning
- Responsibility for CRM maintenance (accounts, contacts, opportunities) as well as customer communication and setting realistic expectations
- Ensuring the defined profit and sales growth
- Supporting all commercial activities with customers
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed studies (University, University of Applied Sciences, TU or comparable) with a focus on aerospace, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a related field
- At least 6 years of active sales experience in a technical B2B environment, preferably in the aerospace and aviation sector
- Proven success in new business areas and technologies
- Very good communication skills, confident and convincing appearance as well as independent and proactive way of working
- Willingness to travel 70 percent (worldwide)
- Business fluent in German and English

Annual Remuneration: Due to the Austrian Equal Treatment Act we are obligated to state the annual gross remuneration (full-time) for this position as a basis for negotiation: €77,000.00. The Employee will be classified according to the Collective Agreement for Employees of Industry (Collective Bargaining Agreement of the Automotive Industry). We will, in any case, offer market-conforming payment taking qualifications and professional experience into account.
