About the Role:

An established and growing used car dealership is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of sales consultants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving results while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Support sales staff with deal structuring, negotiations, and closing
• Monitor CRM usage and ensure timely lead follow-ups
• Assist in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of sales consultants
• Collaborate with Finance and Inventory teams to ensure seamless operations
• Analyze sales data to adjust strategy and optimize performance
• Maintain high standards of customer service and dealership professionalism

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of automotive sales or sales management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and coach team members
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership software
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
