About the Role:
An established and growing used car dealership is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of sales consultants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving results while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Support sales staff with deal structuring, negotiations, and closing
- Monitor CRM usage and ensure timely lead follow-ups
- Assist in hiring, training, and performance evaluations of sales consultants
- Collaborate with Finance and Inventory teams to ensure seamless operations
- Analyze sales data to adjust strategy and optimize performance
- Maintain high standards of customer service and dealership professionalism
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of automotive sales or sales management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and coach team members
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership software
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
