We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to lead and inspire our bathroom and kitchen design, supply, and fit business. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first consultation through to project completion.
You will be responsible for creating a winning sales culture, coaching and developing the sales team, increasing revenue, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and a high-quality finished product.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team that consistently exceeds sales targets.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new and existing sales consultants.
- Create a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Drive showroom and inbound sales while identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor individual and team performance through KPIs, coaching, and regular reviews.
- Develop sales strategies that maximise revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from design consultation to installation.
- Work closely with the design, operations, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
- Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and action plans for senior management.
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach to selling and customer engagement.

- Proven success in sales management, ideally within kitchens, bathrooms, home improvements, interiors, construction, or a related industry.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
