We are a dynamic and growing international chemical trading company specializing in chemical additives for various downstream sectors. We serve clients across the paper, paint, textile, water treatment, pesticide, and oil extraction industries, and we are actively expanding into the European market, particularly in the daily chemicals and pulp & paper sectors.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop and lead sales initiatives across Europe. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of downstream chemical sectors and a proven track record in chemical additive sales.
Customer Base – Candidates Must Have Experience With:
- Paint factories
- Paper mills
- Water treatment plants
- Textile factories
- Oil extraction companies
- Pesticide additive factories
- Other downstream sectors of chemical additives
Responsibilities:
Market Development & Sales Management
- Develop and implement an overseas sales plan to meet annual revenue targets
- Identify and acquire new customers via online channels, exhibitions, visits, etc.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Analyze market trends, industry needs, and competitor activity in the paper and chemical sectors
Technical Support & Product Promotion
- Provide professional sales support for paper auxiliaries and chemical additives
- Track customer needs and manage end-to-end order execution
- Coordinate logistics, order delivery, and after-sales service
- Manage receivables and minimize financial risks in collaboration with relevant departments
Collaboration & Market Feedback
- Work with internal teams (production, logistics, legal, finance) to ensure seamless service
- Provide regular sales reports, competitor updates, and market insights to support strategic planning
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of overseas B2B sales experience, preferably in chemical product sales (e.g., paper additives, industrial chemicals)
- Strong familiarity with Europe's paper, daily chemical, or additive industries
- Fluent in English with strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
