Sales Manager Denmark
Are you ready to take the lead in a mature yet opportunity‑rich construction chemicals market? We are looking for a hands‑on Sales Manager to drive our Danish commercial activities, lead a skilled sales team of three, and strengthen our position with concrete manufacturers, contractors, and engineering partners across Denmark. About the Role
As Sales Manager Denmark, you will take full responsibility for delivering ambitious sales results in a competitive and well‑established market. You will lead an experienced team while also managing your own key customers — ensuring strong market presence and deep customer relationships. You will work closely with our technical team in Rødekro on product reformulations and customer solutions, and collaborate daily with Operations and Supply Chain Management to secure optimal product availability and business performance. You will also be an active member of both the Nordic and Local Leadership Teams, contributing to strategy, culture, and cross‑functional initiatives.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading and developing the Danish sales team to meet agreed targets
Managing your own customer portfolio and driving growth with existing and new customers
Developing and executing the Danish sales and marketing plan
Ensuring accurate sales reporting and budget delivery
Overseeing customer agreements, pricing, and portfolio development
Collaborating with Operations & SCM on inventory, supply stability, and business optimisation
Contributing actively to Nordic commercial strategy and leadership forums
Ensuring training, development, and legal compliance for your team
What You Bring
We are looking for a strong commercial leader with deep roots in the Danish concrete and/or construction materials industry — someone who deeply understands the customers, the market dynamics, and the technical context.
Your profile:
5+ years of commercial experience in the concrete or construction sector
Solid understanding of concrete technology, admixtures, or construction chemicals
Proven experience in leading people or projects
Strong negotiation skills and documented success in customer management
Financial understanding of sales KPIs and pricing
Proactive, structured, and results‑oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills and a convincing presence
Fluent in Danish and English
Preferably living within commuting distance of Rødekro
Valid driver’s license
