Drive our parks to the world stage! Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint are on the hunt for a strategic and relationship-focused Sales Manager – International to lead the charge in growing our global footprint. Reporting to the Group Director of Sales, this role is all about building strong trade relationships, unlocking new markets, and developing revenue-driving partnerships that bring our iconic experiences to the international stage.

You’ll manage a portfolio of international accounts – from inbound tour operators to OTAs, wholesalers, airlines and retail travel – while also rolling out trade marketing activity, leading tactical campaigns, and keeping a close eye on pricing, packaging and partner performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing key international trade relationships and identifying new opportunities across inbound, wholesale and OTA channels
  • Developing and executing annual sales plans and call cycles across domestic and international markets
  • Leading trade launches, sales blitzes, campaign execution and industry event attendance
  • Driving new product and pricing initiatives with a market-specific lens
  • Monitoring competitor activity and keeping partners stocked with the latest tools, collateral and content
  • Representing Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint at trade events and industry forums
  • Maintaining strong internal and external relationships, accurate reporting and CRM records

What we’re looking for
You’ll have a strong grasp of the tourism distribution system and experience working in international markets, with the ability to build commercial partnerships and negotiate at all levels. You’re organised, tech-savvy and confident representing a brand on the global stage – and just as comfortable delivering results behind the scenes.

We’d love you to bring:

  • Proven experience in international tourism, travel trade or attraction sales
  • Great communication and negotiation skills, with strong commercial acumen
  • Understanding of the inbound, wholesale and OTA environment
  • Confidence using CRM tools and reporting platforms (plus Microsoft Office wizardry)
  • A flexible approach to work hours and travel – yes, there’ll be a few flights!
