We are currently looking for a professional and target-oriented

Sales Manager Italy (f/m/d).

The headline for the position of the new Sales Manager will be focused on new business. You have full commercial responsibility for targeting and building the market. You will further define the sales strategy, based on the initiatives already established by the Country Manager and you will segment and develop the targeted customers, build market share and build numbers.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who excels in building customer relationships, is execution oriented and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You Impact the market with well-planned, independent and targeted sales work

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and utilize the potential of the market and develop short, sharp and scalable action plans
  • Execute targeted sales and action plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the country
  • Continue to identify market potential and potential leads along sales raids
  • Manage pipeline, create an overview, ensure a healthy sales flow and conversion rates for continuous growth in your activities
  • Repeat the winning recipe with an eager and positive attitude and fight for new customers and every percentage you can gain
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executives at client organisations to drive business development opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

The Sales Manager is a hands-on, pro-active personality, able to achieve and cultivate a close relationship to customers. The sales manager has a thorough understanding of customer demands for investment goods and a good feeling for digital business and methods. He/she brings an affinity with the fashion, athleisure and apparel industry and a good understanding of production environments.

The Sales Manager is solution-oriented and consultancy-driven, hunts new logos and drives revenue by engaging with prospects and existing customers, addressing their needs, providing value-added solutions and nurturing long-lasting partnerships.

  • Proven track record of sales success in B2B technology companies (Machinery, SaaS or EaaS) for several years.
  • proven track record of sales success with a focus on enterprise sales and business development within a production environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture customer high-touch relationships
  • Solutions sales background in a solution-oriented company
  • CAPEX deals experience – an advantage
  • Experience in Fashion and Athleisure is an advantage
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to execute complex business plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
