Zeus Powersports is a rapidly growing multi-location ​dealership specializing in powersports and branching into Automotive sales, ​offering a wide range of dirt bikes, ATVs, scooters, e-bikes and UTV's. Located in Ocala, Florida, we are committed to providing top-quality customer service and a world class experience to enthusiasts and riders of all levels.

• We are seeking a highly motivated ​Sales Manager to join our team and grow. ​As a sales manager, you will be responsible for helping and assisting customers in our showroom with purchasing Dirt Bikes, ATV's, E-bikes, UTV's using excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage accounts. Must be familiar with commission based income.

Duties:

• Strong appointment setting skills
• ​Business professional appearance present a clean and polished professional image consistent with workspace expectations
• Calling leads, selling products, closing deals
• Handle incoming leads and processing payments, credit applications, accurate information inputs etc.
• Strategizing business expansion and growth
• Operating forklift, dolly
• Able to lift excess of 50lbs
• Analyze market trends and make original advertisements
• Utilize customer base tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
• Social media ads and content creation
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Post ads frequently on Facebook marketplace & ​other platforms
• Accepting occasional Emails, Calls or ​texts outside of stores open​​hours
• Being punctual and on time. Being punctual and ​on time.

Qualifications: ​Proven experience in sales or a related field preferably Car Sales.

• Strong leadership skills, inspired, ​sharp, ​motivated
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Must understand Ocala area and surrounding cities, must live locally
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Forklift operation, dolly operation
• Must have a clean background & ​driving history NO exceptions
• Reliable transportation
• Punctuality
• Consistent professional attitude*
• Drive to learn, to improve and be coachable
• Exceptional at following directions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
