We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our growth efforts across South East Asia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a groundbreaking product portfolio that’s making a real difference in animal nutrition and sustainability.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Manager for South East Asia, you will:

• Drive Sales and Growth: Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expand our market presence, and identify new opportunities in South East Asia.
• Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong connections with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Manage Key Accounts: Support existing customers and distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of competitors.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to align efforts and ensure the success of product launches.
• Deliver Results: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts, monitor performance, and adapt strategies to meet objectives.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who bring the following to the table:

• Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in animal nutrition or a related field, with a strong track record in sales growth and account management.
• Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of South East Asia’s market trends, regulations, and key players.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA or advanced degrees are a plus).
• Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; additional South East Asian languages are a plus.
• Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
