DCAS | Dublin College of Advanced Studies is looking to recruit a sales-driven professional with a passion for education and a strong track record in sales to join the team.

Your role as Sales & Marketing Executive will involve:

• selling English language courses to students in English and other Asian languages
• meeting and exceeding individual and team targets through your sales activities
• building strong customer rapport
• demonstrating excellent product knowledge
• completing all required administration and recording of sales through our CRM system and other business systems
• building strong relationships with team members and providing flexible and prompt support at all times

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will be passionate about the benefits of studying abroad (perhaps you have done it yourself), love travel, and will be able to provide guidance and reassurance to our prospective students - to help them decide on the most suitable study options.

In addition, you should have:

• Experience in sales, preferably within the international education industry
• Asian market knowledge
• Good understanding of English language student recruitment abroad
• General understanding and experience in the management of social media platforms e.g. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
• Proven ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales
• High level of self-motivation and results orientation with a track record of delivering targets
• Good computer and writing skills
• Fluent in English (at C1 / Advanced or higher level) plus native level (C2) in any Asian language
