We are delighted to announce that due to continued success, we are recruiting a Sales & Marketing Executive with 3+ years experience.

We’re looking for a sharp, friendly, and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow two established Dublin-based businesses. You’ll be closing inbound sales for RH Wood Floors while building and managing the Marketing Strategy for RH Insulation — supported by a Digital Marketing Resource. There is no Cold Calling

This is a really exciting opportunity for anyone who wants to take their career to the next level. You will operate along side the Managing Director & Operations Manager. . .you will be Top Tier Level.

The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. You should enjoy working in a fast paced, target driven environment. You must be comfortable presenting products & services over the phone and have proficient IT & administration skills. The job is based full time in Dublin 12. There is no remote working.

OTE €70,000

  • You have a proven ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage own workload according to changing priorities

The Role:

  • Taking inbound enquiries and closing sales
  • Managing job handovers and customer follow-up
  • Developing and overseeing insulation marketing strategies
  • Handling insulation leads and preparing quotes
  • Tracking performance and reporting weeklySkills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Business Development (min 3 years).
  • Comfortable in both the B2C & B2B worlds
  • Self-motivated, competitive individual with drive, enthusiasm and a proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets within a team environment
  • Confident and professional manner
  • Fluent English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €45,000.00 per year
